Fixing Problem Plans
Savvy works with anyone who sponsors a Qualified Retirement Plan faced with possible compliance problems. We can devise and implement solutions to bring these plans back into compliance through the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS). Often Savvy is able to find solutions within the Self-Correction Program (SCP) but our firm can also represent plan sponsors in the case where the plan must be corrected using the Voluntary Correction Program (VCP) or the Audit Closing Agreement Program (Audit CAP).
