Plan Design

Savvy works with financial advisors and TPA firms to design Qualified Retirement Plans that meet their client’s goal.  We have had success where other’s have not in dealing with:

• Rollercoaster earnings, very high current year earnings with uncertain future earnings.

• Late-to-the-game owners who need to rapidly accumulate retirement savings even when their high earning years are in the past.

Representation before the IRS

Savvy works with anyone who is having trouble with an IRS audit or whose staff are not licensed to practice before the IRS.

Fixing Problem Plans

​

Savvy works with anyone who sponsors a Qualified Retirement Plan faced with possible compliance problems.  We can devise and implement solutions to bring these plans back into compliance through the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS).  Often Savvy is able to find solutions within the Self-Correction Program (SCP) but our firm can also represent plan sponsors in the case where the plan must be corrected using the Voluntary Correction Program (VCP) or the Audit Closing Agreement Program (Audit CAP).
